By creating an account or using Capso, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Capso.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all recordings and content you create with Capso. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service (e.g., AI transcription, thumbnail generation).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Capso to upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Free & Paid Plans

Capso offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans with additional capabilities. Plan features and pricing may change with reasonable notice. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Capso available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Capso is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Capso after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
